Poster Size

The poster should be 900 mm*1200 mm  (A0 Size), in portrait mode only.

All the payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancelable.

Poster Guidelines

Format:

1) Format of the poster is in portrait mode only.

2) Mounting material to hang your poster will be provided.
3) Place a heading that runs the full width of the poster at the top in a large-sized type.
4) The poster should be readable from a distance of 1-1.5 meters .

5)  Your name, Paper ID, School, or Affiliation should also be displayed on the poster.

Poster Printing File

You could either upload it at this portal or send it by e-mail to 2025jccc@gmail.com, with the subject line of "JCCC 2025 Poster Printing file + Registration Number + Your Name" no later than 18:00 May 30, 2025 (GMT+8, Macao Local Time).

Poster Pick-up

Posters will be distributed to Studio City. And it can be picked up at the registration counter during the conference on June 1-5  between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
