Refund Policy
If you need refund, please send the email to secretariat (2025jccc@gmail.com) before 2025.03.01.
There will be an administrative fee of USD 50 (HKD 400) deducted from each refund. Refund will be processed within 2-3 weeks after the conference.
No refunds will be made after 2025.03.01.
